21 day fix recipe Quick Breakfast meal prep.

1-red and 1 green.

 My healthy breakfast on the go!! This only took me 5 mins to prepare and not very long in the oven and my Daughter had fun helping me make these and she even ate them for breakfast without knowing she was eating spinach. If you teach your kids good eating habits now it will reflect in their future. 

Mini veggie egg cups!

Egg whites, spinach, peppers muffin tin bake for 10 mins
